Pancakes
Savoury galettes and sweet crêpes are Brittany’s wonderful contribution
to international cooking.
Galettes and crêpes are made on a griddle and come with fillings of your choice. Galettes are made with gluten-free, organic buckwheat that is rich in vitamins and minerals.
We have lots of vegetarian fillings and have noticed that savoury or sweet, pancakes are a hit with children (of all ages).
